There are not many that like to serve, there are not many those like the presence of their boss over them and there are not many those like the work pressure affecting their health, yet there are many that choose to serve for the organizations. There are many that in order to get jobs become job seekers as soon as they complete their professional courses. Why? Here’s the reason:-
Johnny was good at studies. His father was a proud person when Johnny qualified for the admission to one of the best engineering colleges in India. While Johnny had a reason tocelebrate, his friend who could not make it to the top yet could somehow secure a seat at the engineering college. Both were sure they would get jobs; the only difference would be in the starting package and the designation.
But then Johnny’s friend knew that after gaining 4 years of experience his academic career won’t matter. He would also be able to reach higher positions by switching jobs and that won’t be difficult once he gets the first job, whatever the salary may be. Moral of the story is when an individual enters a professional course he is quite sure
The investment of time and money doesn’t matter at that time. For example most of the engineering colleges in India charge more than 50,000 INR per year, majority of management colleges in India charge more than 80,000 per year and getting an MBBS degree requires an investment of more than 20,00,000 INR.
All such huge expenses are borne just for a job and secure future at the end of the course. If a serviceman is asked why he doesn’t try to open up something of his own, the excuse is investment or lack of enough money to start a business. Those were the same people that invested huge amounts of money in their studies.
Not everyone has enough money to get into the professional courses. There are educational loans to help them out. Majority of people that dare to take educational loans won’t opt for a business loan. There is no surety in business. There is huge investment required (which is required in studies as well) and the competition of course.
