Does the skin glow because of the face wash or scrub? Is this the only reason that people especially the ladies spend lots of money over the so called beauty secrets? To get the answer try to recall some of the faces from your school, college and the earlier days that were ever glowing while there were some that started to appear dirty after a few minutes of face wash.
The real reason for a glowing skin is how adequately the blood circulates in the body especially the face to make it glow. There are various other beauty schemes like usingthe face pack or using bleach but our discussion here is restricted to face massage techniques i.e. using face wash and scrubs.
To apply a face wash it is suggested to massage the face gently for two to three minutes. Similar is the suggestion for scrub which is generally suggested for use after a face massage. There are various chemicals and unknown ingredients used in preparing the costly creams but do the same thing by using the shaving cream. Massage the face gently for two minutes usinga shaving cream and the face will glow. Why?
The only thing required is to regenerate the pressure in the blood vessels by using a smooth medium to let it flow freely through them. When this is done there is a new shine on the face whatever the medium is (not the harmful ones). With the age, the blood circulation doesn’t remain as it was in the younger ages. This is the reason why the skin of children is brighter than the skin of the adults and same is the reason why the skin of some people keeps glowing even if they never makeup their face.
In Ramayana, it has been written somewhere that Vishwamitra taught Lord Rama and Lakshmana the technique to keep the face glowing always. There is no mention of what the technique was but it might have been something related to Yoga as those people had developed such techniques that improved the internal system of the body rather than applying external measures.
