Does that sound interesting? This is just the first thought that may impress people. No doubt there are certain benefits such as no fear of recession, no losing jobs, no fear of boss or the manager and several other benefits but still does it impress?
Businesses should hire employees for their entire lives. It may sound interesting to those who got a job after lots of struggle or those who doubt their economic stability. Those who were not good at academics may also find it an easy option to keep their life moving.
Such options always seem comfortable options in the beginningbut as the time progresses the employees feel their life has turned miserable. They have none other option to change their scope of life. This feeling becomes stronger when the employees see their batch mates doing better than them.
Experience makes them learn things. In case they get better job option at some other company better than they get with the then present company, it may become difficult for them to get away with it.
Sometimes employees feel like becoming an entrepreneur butdue to this contract they can’t start something of their own neither could they leave the job. This leaves them frustrating.
Some people would prefer moving to their hometown to serve their parents or to stay close to their families after a particular time. If businesses hire employees for their entire lives the employees won’t be able to settle to their hometowns unless there is a branch at their home location.
Company policies sometimes don’t suit the employees. In such cases employees feel like the organization is misusing them even if the organization is not.
Sometimes the employees have to undergo internal job changes or there is a change in technology. Some employees are able to adapt to those changes. If the employees are not happy he may not grow or utilize his full talent which would not in benefit of either the organization or the employees.
